UK Casino Compass is a small affiliate site. We hold as little personal data as we can get away with. This page is the full list of what we have, why we have it, and how to ask for it back.

Who's responsible
The data controller for this site is the operator of ukcasinocompass.com. For data requests, write to privacy@ukcasinocompass.com.
What we collect
- Server logs. Your IP address (truncated after 30 days), the page you requested, and your user-agent string. Used to keep the site working and to spot abuse.
- Analytics. Aggregated page-view counts and the casino link clicked. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
- Cookie choice. A single value in your browser's local storage that records whether you accepted or declined the cookie banner.
- Email you send us. Stored in our inbox for as long as the conversation is useful, deleted thereafter.
What we don't collect
We don't ask for your name, your date of birth, your address, your payment details or your gambling history. If you click an operator link we'll know the click happened, but anything after that — registration, deposit, play — is between you and that operator under their own privacy policy.
How long we keep things
- Server logs: 30 days, then deleted.
- Aggregated analytics: 14 months.
- Email correspondence: until the matter is resolved, plus six months at most.
Your rights under UK GDPR
- The right to ask what we hold about you.
- The right to ask us to correct or delete it.
- The right to object to processing, or to ask for it to be restricted.
- The right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we've handled your data badly.

Third parties
The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Google Fonts to load typefaces. Operator links take you to third-party gambling sites, each with its own privacy notice — we suggest a quick read before you register anywhere.
